By registering with Adsum Originator and accessing the Adsum Originator Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement; and
• You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from accessing or using the Adsum Originator App and Services.

If you allow anyone, including individuals under 18 years of age, to use your account, you remain fully responsible for ensuring their compliance with these Terms of Use and for all actions performed through your account.

You acknowledge that Adsum Originator is not responsible for verifying your eligibility.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering, accessing, or using the Adsum Originator Services offered through the AdsumOriginator.in website, the Adsum Originator App, or applications or websites of Adsum Originator Group Entities.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement ("Terms of Use") between you and Adsum Originator Private Limited, having its registered office in Gujarat, India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and uninstall the App.

You agree that:

• You may maintain only one account, unless permitted otherwise in writing.
• Your use shall not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• The App is for personal use only.
• All information provided is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must immediately report unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for all transactions performed through your account, including those made by third parties with your consent or negligence.
• You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its intellectual property.
• You shall not misuse the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• You shall not upload malware, viruses, or harmful content.
• You shall not delete or modify App content.
• You consent to automatic updates of the App.
• Availability of services may vary by geography and eligibility.
• You must immediately request account blocking if your device is lost or stolen.

Certain services are governed by additional Supplemental Terms. Your use of such services constitutes acceptance of those terms.

Adsum Originator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, misuse offers, manipulate transactions, or cause harm to the platform, other users, or partners.

You may terminate your agreement by deactivating your account through the App's support section. Adsum Originator may retain transaction records for regulatory or legal purposes. Account deletion does not absolve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

You are responsible for any applicable fees disclosed prior to transaction completion. Proceeding with a transaction constitutes acceptance of such fees.

Users earn Adsum Originator Coins for transactions and referrals. One rupee spent equals one Coin. Coins may be redeemed for rewards and expire three (3) years from issuance unless specified otherwise.

Adsum Originator may modify, discontinue, or revoke Coins at its discretion.

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. Adsum Originator is not responsible for third-party services, delivery commitments, or compliance by users or partners.

Adsum Originator's total liability shall not exceed INR 10,000. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adsum Originator and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the App, violation of Terms, or breach of law.

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Disputes shall be resolved individually and not as class actions.

All content and software are owned by Adsum Originator or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform.

Any feedback submitted grants Adsum Originator a perpetual, worldwide licence to use such content.

You agree to comply with all applicable tax laws. Adsum Originator may deduct taxes at source or require PAN details where mandated by law.
